Everybody who studies Japanese has a different goal, and if there are differing goals, the Japanese that each student wants to learn will also differ.
Classes are not just a place where a student acquires knowledge, but also an important place where students train to express themselves. The teachers provide various different types of training that matches the level of the students so that they will be able to use Japanese at work and in everyday life. You can't practice communication by yourself. Make an effort to practice a lot with friends in your class.
In the intermediate and advanced level classes, students aim to expand their knowledge and understanding of what's going on in the world around them, to be able to communicate in Japanese as an educated intellectual and to be able to practically communicate as an individual in society. We hope that through these Japanese classes, students will be able to discover a new side of themselves and have a wider outlook and understanding of the world around them. I believe that this is the real definition and goal of “studying abroad.”
Students aiming to advance on to higher education institutions study academic Japanese, essential for their studies and activities once they go on to these institutions. In addition, students can choose classes such as EJU preparation, JLPT preparation, business Japanese, and Japanese culture experience to meet their needs and goals.
Each teacher shares in the dreams and hopes of the students, and will walk along with the students on a path to achieve their dreams. The first step towards world peace is to understand different cultures and to accept one another. I hope that this school will be the stage that provides this opportunity.
