- How to dispose your garbage
- Depends on the area you live in Japan, each community has different schedule for garbage. Some areas may require you to seperate garbages by material for either combustibles, non-combustibles, recyclable, and so on. Due to an inappropriate garbage separation, a trouble could easily happen against the neighbours, so be sure to confirm the community rule of your residing area and follow the instruction for proper instruction for taking out your garbage.

- Keep it quiet at night
- Since majority of Japanese houses tend to be small, it is a courtesy to be quiet at night. When you make a loud noise of your voice, steps, and the like may result a complaint from your neighbours. If such a problem does not get resolved, consult to your real estate company rather than holding the problem to yourself.
