Learn Japanese in Fukuoka, the gateway to Kyushu and Asia
Fukuoka Prefecture is located in the north of Kyushu, Japan, and is a large city that has developed as a transportation gateway to Kyushu from both within Japan and overseas.
Fukuoka is also an attractive city with lower prices and a much lower cost of living than Tokyo and Osaka. It is also called a "compact city" because it is close to the airport and the city center, and commercial areas are concentrated there, making it an easy place to live for people from overseas. The school is located in Tenjin, the center of Fukuoka, in the shopping mall "Tenjin Shoppers," and is a spacious school building of about 3,000 m2 on one floor, with many commercial facilities in the surrounding area.

Principal's Greetings
Thank you for visiting the Human Academy Japanese Language School Fukuoka Campus website.
For many years, I have been involved in education from various positions, including teaching, classroom management, career guidance, teacher training, and school administration. Throughout this time, there is one thing that I have always valued: "People can only learn and grow in a safe and secure environment."
For students coming to Japan to learn Japanese, differences in language, culture, and customs present a significant challenge. That's why our Fukuoka campus aims to be a school where students can not only learn Japanese, but also learn, live, and think about their future with peace of mind.
In our classes, we value "active and interactive learning," where students think for themselves, engage in dialogue with their peers, and learn by actually using Japanese. We also understand each student's goals from the time they enroll and provide systematic career support that leads to their dreams, whether it's further education at a university, graduate school, or vocational school, or subsequent employment.
Furthermore, we value the learning opportunities that can only be gained by studying here in Fukuoka. Through Fukuoka's food, festivals, culture, and interactions with the local community, we will create opportunities to learn Japanese not only in the classroom but also in real-world settings.
"I'm glad I came to the Fukuoka school."
"I learned here and now I can see my future."
Together with the faculty and staff, we will create a school that students will feel that way about.
Our wish is to cultivate individuals from Fukuoka who can understand and respect one another, and work together to build a society where people with diverse cultures and values can coexist.
I am very much looking forward to meeting you all at the Fukuoka campus.
