Principal's Greetings

hello everyone.
Welcome to the Human Academy Japanese Language School Tokyo campus homepage.

Our school was established in 1991, and in our more than 30-year history, students from all over the world have improved their Japanese language skills and progressed to graduate schools, universities, and vocational schools, or found employment in Japan, making full use of the Japanese they learned in their home countries and around the world.

Our school uses original teaching materials and methods that have been developed through many years of experience in Japanese language education, and while making the most of the individuality of our enthusiastic instructors, we provide maximum support for each student's independent learning to hone their ability to use Japanese fluently and work towards their own goals.

In addition, by taking advantage of the size of our school, we value the opportunity for students from diverse backgrounds to help each other and hone their skills while they learn. Through this collaborative learning, students can acquire practical communication skills that will be useful when they go on to higher education or find employment.

Furthermore, in order to meet the learning needs of each individual student, we are continuing to improve and diversify the ways of learning by developing learning systems that utilize AI, online learning systems, and VOD materials.

In this way, Human Academy Japanese Language School will continue to make improvements and provide the best learning opportunities to those who need to learn Japanese in various situations.

We hope that as many people as possible will use Human Academy Japanese Language School Tokyo as a place to improve themselves and create their own individuality that will allow them to contribute to society, and we look forward to welcoming you, all full of hope, to our school.

Faculty Introduction

Rie Nakano

Rie Nakano

Hello.

I'm Rie Nakano from Human Academy Japanese Language School Tokyo.

I joined the company as a part-time lecturer in April 2015 and progressed to full-time lecturer in December 2023, during which time I have met many students.

I have no experience studying abroad myself, but that is precisely why I have the deepest respect for the students who continue to work hard in Japan, away from their families. Every time I see them talking about their dreams with sparkling eyes, I feel greatly inspired and encouraged.

As a companion to the students, I hope to help them increase their Japanese language skills and become active in society. Being a Japanese language teacher is truly my calling.

Ryota Iizuka

Ryota Iizuka

hello everyone!

My name is Ryota Iizuka, and I work at Human Academy Japanese Language School, Tokyo Campus. I joined the company as a part-time lecturer in April 2025 and have been working as a full-time lecturer since July of the same year.

My experience studying abroad during university sparked a desire to work in a field that involves interacting with people from other countries, which led me to aspire to become a Japanese language teacher.

Learning Japanese is not easy, but becoming proficient in Japanese opens up a wide range of paths to the next step, such as further education or employment. We will support each student individually so that they can grow towards their goals and fulfill their dreams.

I'm looking forward to seeing you all at school.
