Human Academy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") will begin operations as a "registered support organization" for foreign nationals with specified skills and the companies that accept them from January​ ​2026. Based on the Japanese language education know-how cultivated at Human Academy Japanese Language School, this business is a "one-stop service for overseas human resources" that provides a consistent range of services from education overseas to life support after entry, employment and settling in.

Main contents

1. Local Japanese language education: We have introduced the AI Japanese conversation app "HAi-J" to our partner sending agencies, based on a Japanese language education method that has produced approximately 30,000 graduates since its founding in 1987. We thoroughly solidify the basics necessary for work and life in Japan.

2. Matching: We carefully listen to the company's needs and the candidate's wishes, taking into account the thoughts of both parties and set up interviews with the optimal combination.

3. Immigration and living support: As a registered support organization, we will fully support you in building the foundations for your new life in Japan, including securing housing and handling government procedures, so that you can start your new life in Japan smoothly.

4. Support for employment and settling in: Regular counseling is provided even after employment. We provide advice on careers and life, and strongly support the settling into Japanese society.

This project will begin in Nepal, with plans to expand to the Philippines and Sri Lanka in the future. We will build a strong collaborative system with reliable partners, including local sending agencies, and steadily expand throughout Asia.
