The recruitment of foreign nationals is increasing year by year, driven by the need to promote the active participation of diverse talent in a global competitive environment and the domestic labor shortage.

This seminar will focus on the importance of a "double approach" to retaining foreign nationals after hiring them, emphasizing not only the need for Japanese language and culture education for the individuals themselves, but also the necessity of cross-cultural understanding on the part of the Japanese people receiving them.

We will also focus on how to effectively utilize AI to advance this approach within limited resources. We will provide detailed information, including how to use the Japanese AI conversation app "HAi-J," for HR personnel at companies aiming to "retain and thrive" foreign talent and "improve the efficiency of their education," as well as for personnel at Japanese language schools and vocational schools.

Recommended for:

・Those who are experiencing challenges in retaining foreign staff

・Those who are experiencing challenges with internal communication between foreign staff and Japanese staff.

・Those who want to use AI to streamline Japanese language and conversation education in the face of labor shortages.

School officials who want to learn teaching methods to increase the job placement rate and retention rate of international students after they start working.

etc.
